Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy
Welcome to our website. We value and respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same in return. According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, copyright owners or their representatives can submit a takedown notice to us through our designated DMCA Agent. As an internet service provider, we are protected by the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA against infringement claims. To make a valid infringement claim, certain information must be included in the notice:
Notice of Infringement – Claim
- A signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative;
- Identification of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed;
- Information to help locate the infringing material, including the URL of the page;
- Contact details of the complaining party;
- A statement that the use of the material is unauthorized;
- A statement declaring the accuracy of the information provided in the notice.
Failure to provide accurate information may result in civil penalties under Title 17 USC §512(f). Takedown notices should be sent via email for prompt attention.
We may disclose the identity of the complaining party to the alleged infringer upon receiving a copyright infringement claim. By submitting a claim, you consent to this disclosure.
Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If your material has been taken down due to a copyright claim, you can submit a counter notification to have it restored. The counter notification must include:
- Your signature;
- Description of the removed material and its original location;
- A statement asserting the removal was a mistake;
- Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.
Submit your counter notification via email for quick processing.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We adhere to strict copyright infringement policies as per the DMCA. Any repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated as part of our policy.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update and modify our DMCA policy as needed. It is advised to regularly revisit this page for any policy changes.
